How many Orphea strips should I use?

Give your clothing a delicate fragrance that is always effective. Place two Orphea strips in the drawers and in linen boxes, and in wardrobes use Orphea diffusers or up to four strips (two for each door). This way your clothes will be protected in just the right way!

How do I use Orphea diffusers?

Do you have lots of clothes and a very big wardrobe? No problem! You can use Orphea large wardrobe diffusers. They can protect very large wardrobes and give them a pleasant fragrance.

These diffusers are in pure cellulose with a plastic hook, ready to be hung up. You can choose from two different fragrances: Flowers and Lavender Maillette. Each package contains two diffusers, perfect for a big wardrobe.

Does Orphea kill moths?

No. Orphea is a clothes protector and, like all other products of its kind in the market, it does not kill moths.

It is actually moth larvae that eat fabric fibres, not adult moths. Therefore it is vital in your home to deter adult moths from laying eggs, that then hatch into larvae, to prevent your clothes from being eaten. Also remember that clothes moths are seldom seen because they avoid light, preferring dark and undisturbed areas such as closets, basements and attics, in the folds and corners of fabrics so they are close to a food source.1

Will Orphea stain my clothes?

No. Orphea is completely natural, made from plants, and has no nasty chemicals that may stain clothes or linens.

To be safe and sure, especially for very delicate fabrics, you can test it in an inconspicuous area first. Of course another option is to use a diffuser, which is hung inside a wardrobe rather than directly touching your clothes, or to place the strips nearby but not actually touching the fabrics you are concerned about.

Is Orphea available in stores?

Orphea is available to purchase here on this site, dispatched from local stocks and delivered to your door. We are working towards making Orphea more readily available in retail stores.

I don’t have a credit card, how can I purchase Orphea?

You can also use PayPal at our checkout. Log-in to PayPal, link a bank account and transfer money to your PayPal account that you can then use to shop with on our site and others.

Most everyday banking accounts these days automatically come with Visa Debit or Debit MasterCard included as a feature of the account, allowing you to use the card just like a credit card. You may have this functionality already. Check your plastic banking card to see if Visa or MasterCard is featured.

Another option is to buy a reloadable prepaid card, available from Australia Post and supermarkets, that you can use just like a credit card on our site and others.

Once I order how long will it take to get my product?

We aim to have orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving them, however unfortunate delays may occur during periods of high demand. We will aim to have your order delivered to your home within 7 to 10 business days. Deliveries are typically made with Australia Post. If you haven’t received your order by this time, please contact us so we can look into it for you.

    For New Zealand orders, please allow additional time for your delivery to come from Australia – standard Australia Post airmail delivery and time in customs if applicable plus delays due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control. How do I create an account

If you have not yet created an account and wish to take advantage of being able to rate and review the products you have purchased, plus enjoy easier reordering in the future, simply visit the account login and register page and sign-up by supplying a username, email address and a secure password.

How do I rate and leave reviews for your products?

Only verified, logged-in customers who have purchased our products may leave a review. If you wish to share how much you enjoyed our clothing protection products:

  • Make a purchase having created an account (register), or create an account at the checkout with your order.
  • After you have sampled the products, log-in to your Orphea account.
  • Click on ‘Orders’ in the menu then ‘View’ the order you made.
  • Click on the products to review.
  • Scroll down to the reviews section to give a rating out of five stars and write your thoughts.
